Virtual Intercommunity Meetings are opportunities for one Marianist Lay Community to virtually meet another community. These opportunities bring us closer and to make physical distance not a barrier to feel brothers and sisters in the world.
The International Team will match the communities, firstly according to language, and secondlyaccording to time zone, and we will put you in contact with the two animatorsso that it is you two who will find the most suitable day and time to meet.
One of the objectives of the International Team is to facilitate meetings between communities from different countries in order to get to know each other, to recognize each other as a global family and to love each other even more.
What are we going to talk about? Basically whatever you want, but to give you some ideas, you can introduce yourselves individually and your personal situation, tell how and when you meet and what you do in your community meetings, how is your political-economic and social environment, you can make a little prayer together.
How often do we have to meet? The minimum is once, and from then on, whatever the coordinators of the two communities decide. The idea is to pair two communities from different countries every six months or a year.
